The Bangla films of Calcutta are now categorized for Bollywood’s film-fare award. Popular Bangladeshi Model and Film actress Joya Ahsan has been nominated for the first ever event of film fare for her acting in the movie named “Aborto” which was released last year. Film fare authority will regularly give this award from now on to patronize Bangla movies. A splendid program is planning to be arranged for this occasion.
Bangladeshi Actress Joya Ahsan said, “In 16th of March I have received a nomination paper from the editor of Film fare Mr. Jitesh Pillai, in which it is written ‘you have been nominated for the splendid acting in the Bangla movie of Calcutta in your first attempt’.”
Joya Ahsan also received the “Shoilojanondo Award” of this year which had been given in an award giving ceremony at Rabindro Sadan, Calcutta. Joya said “I have seen lots of billboard on the city street for the first Bangla film fare award. I’m not thinking about the award at all. It’s a big achievement for me to receive the nomination for the first time acting in a movie outside my own country.”
Trisha chowdhury (Mishor Rohossho), Neha Panda (Mas, mishty and more) and Sohini Sarkar (Rupkotha noy, Foring) are among others receiving nomination along with Jaya.
Other persons who get nomination for the award relating the movie “Aborto” are new comer director Arindom Sheel, song writer Shugoto Guh and singer Ujjayoni Mukherje.
